The UHY Prep Series has a strict refund policy - all refund requests MUST be submitted in writing by emailing registration@uhyprepseries.com
Refund Requests
If submitted ten (10) days prior to the first round, the registration fees for the event will be credited back to the credit card that was used during registration less a $25 administration fee.
All refund requests submitted within 10 days of the event will receive NO REFUND. This policy remains in effect for ALL events. This policy is necessary due to financial commitments made in order to conduct the tournament that cannot be canceled within 10 days of the event.
Transfer Requests
To transfer to another event prior to 10 days from the original event start date, please email registration@uhyprepseries.com. All submissions will be reviewed and responded to within 24-48 hours. Transfers will be accepted subject to availability.
