The UHY Prep Series has a strict refund policy - all refund requests MUST be submitted in writing by emailing registration@uhyprepseries.com
Refund / Credit Requests
Cancellations submitted prior to thirty (30) days of the first round, the registration fees for the event will be credited back to the credit card that was used during registration less a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations submitted prior to twenty one (21) days of the first round are eligible for a 50% credit to be applied to another UHY Prep Series tournament during the same season.
Cancellations submitted within twenty one (21) days of the first round are not eligible for refund or credit. This policy is necessary due to financial commitments made in order to conduct the tournament.
